Partner Megan Garibaldi and Associate Ryan Guiboa Return to Prestigious List…

June 11, 2020 — Best Best & Krieger LLP Partner Megan Garibaldi and Associate Ryan Guiboa are making return appearances to the Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. The annual listing of the region’s newest attorneys, published Tuesday, includes lawyers who have demonstrated significant achievements in their practice area. To be selected, attorneys must be under age 40 and in practice for less than 10 years. No more than 2.5 percent of eligible lawyers in California are selected through a peer-rating and research process.

Megan has appeared on the Rising Stars list every year since 2013. She advises public agencies and private entities on local government law, with an emphasis on land use and entitlement, planning, zoning, and housing. Megan also focuses on real estate and economic development work.

This is Ryan’s second appearance on the Rising Stars list. Ryan, who is also in the Municipal Law practice group, handles a variety of transactional and litigation matters for both private and public clients. He just completed the Coro Lead LA program and volunteers for the Alliance for Children’s Rights.
