Senior VP, Ocean Export – Any U.S. Location
Summary: Reporting to the President of the Company, the Senior VP, Ocean Export, will oversee the export product, having full responsibility for the P&L, budgeting, operations, process management, business development, and product processes and efficiencies.
Location: Any U.S. location.
Required Qualifications & Experience: At least 10-15 years export trade experience, with at least 7 years at the executive level. The ideal candidate will bring ocean carrier and/or 3PL experience, having been previously responsible for operations, process management, business development and full P&L accountability. Experience in creating efficiencies, improving performance with data analytics and metrics, ability to solve complex business challenges and growing long-term partnerships internally and externally are required.

Operations Manager, Marine Terminal – LA & Long Beach
Summary: Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager (OM) will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operations for vessel, rail, yard, and gate departments. The OM is responsible for providing strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the terminal. The OM will work closely with the Management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies that support the overall business objectives and execute on the agreed to plans.
Location: Long Beach, CA and Terminal Island, CA (Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles complex)

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Will consider commensurate management experience.
Required Qualifications & Experience: 2+ years maritime industry experience preferred. Will consider recent maritime academy graduates or previous work experience in other areas of transportation or military. The position requires the following critical attributes: exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, adaptability, and organizational skills and ability to articulate proven success in these areas in the interview process. Previous experience working in a union environment is preferred. Must be able to perform effectively in a fast paced, high-pressure environment where the safety of personnel is paramount. This position will oversee ILWU (International Longshore Workers Union) labor on the terminal.
