Two Deep Sea Terminals
1.  Nanaimo Assembly Wharf {NAW} – BC Vehicle Processing Centre, Cruise Terminal / Welcome Centre, Heliport & Air-Ambulance, NPA OPS Centre,  Deep Sea Berths – B & C, Port Administration Office.

2.  Duke Point Terminal – Barge Berth for Short Seas Shipping, RORO Ramp, one Deep Sea Berth for cargo vessels, 40 MT Gantry Crane, 100 MT Mobile Harbour Crane.

The Boat Basin Marina, W.E. Mills Landing & Marina are the centre of local festivals and harbour events, adjacent to downtown Nanaimo and includes a Plaza, seaplane terminal, pubs, seaside eateries and floating restaurants, wildlife tours, links to Islands, parking and a 4.5 km harbour-side walkway.
