Summary: The Director of West Coast Operations is responsible for operational oversight and assistance to the field operations by developing, implementing, and monitoring resources and programs based on contractual and client requirements and agreed-upon Collective-Bargaining Agreements. Reporting to the President, the successful candidate will assist with account oversight, audits, assessments, and training program development. In addition, they will have primary responsibility for establishing positive client relations to maximize retention. They will act as a liaison for regional and local accounts to ensure all operational, financial, and administrative functions for assigned accounts are performing at the highest level possible. Performance will be evaluated based on, but not limited to, providing quality customer service, and assisting in achieving the financial goals and objectives of the company.
