Summary: The Director of West Coast Operations is responsible for operational oversight and assistance to the field operations by developing, implementing, and monitoring resources and programs based on contractual and client requirements and agreed-upon Collective-Bargaining Agreements.  Reporting to the President, the successful candidate will assist with account oversight, audits, assessments, and training program development.  In addition, they will have primary responsibility for establishing positive client relations to maximize retention.  They will act as a liaison for regional and local accounts to ensure all operational, financial, and administrative functions for assigned accounts are performing at the highest level possible.  Performance will be evaluated based on, but not limited to, providing quality customer service, and assisting in achieving the financial goals and objectives of the company.

Summary: An established west coast stevedoring and maintenance/repair company is seeking an experienced marine operations professional to supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in loading and unloading ship’s cargoes.  He/she will supervise vessel gangs and ensure staff perform their jobs in a efficient, safe and timely manager.

Summary: West Coast based waterfront M&R company seeks an experienced M&R professional to manage the daily operations and staffing of multi-facility operations.  The ideal candidate will have knowledge related to cargo handling equipment and transport refrigeration equipment.
