APP's

| APP PEOPLE: CHANGES AT TAIWAN PORTS |
Ming-Hui Shieh, former
Director-General of Kaohsiung Harbor Bureau in Taiwan ROC, was recently
transferred to the Taiwan Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
Taking his place as the new Director-General at Kaohsiung Harbor Bureau
is Ding-Hsun Hsiao, former Director-General of
Keelung Harbor Bureau. Both Ming-Hui Shieh and Ding-Hsun Hsiao
are Past Presidents of APP.
Keelung
Harbor Bureau welcomed Chun-Yu Wang, former
Director-General of Taichung Harbor Bureau, as the new
Director-General of Keelung Harbor Bureau.
Tai-Hsin Lee has
taken over as Director-General of Taichung Harbor Bureau.
