Please join us for APP’s Fall Fly-in Fly-out Seminar: “Building Effective Port Infrastructure” on Friday, October 28, 2011 at the Portland International Airport Conference Center, conveniently located right in the airport terminal.

Learn about actions your port can take to plan and implement smart infrastructure  investments that can increase trade efficiency, reduce long-term costs, modernize and expand existing facilities and equipment, utilize green technology, and attract new industry. Port officials and industry leaders will share their success stories of how ports of all sizes can improve. Don't miss this special event!

This seminar begins at 9:30 a.m. and concludes at 3:00 p.m., so you can easily fly in and out of Portland Airport the same day. A continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments are included. You'll also have opportunities that day to network with your port colleagues from throughout the Pacific.

Seminar registration rates are just $175 for APP members and $275 for non-members.

Seminar attendees are invited to an optional informative tour of the Port of Portland on Thursday, October 27th.  This unique tour will give you detailed views of the container facilities at Terminal 6, Portland International Airport, and the new state-of-the-art sustainable administrative offices. The tour is generously sponsored by the Port of Portland and is free of charge. Availability is limited and RSVP is required. Contact APP staff for details!
